$150 for virtual 50min (Insurances below accepted)
$175 for nature-based in-person 50 min (OON & United Healthcare/Optum)
For out-of-network (OON) services, my services may still be covered by your insurance or employee benefit plan with a superbill. I utilize the service Thrizer to support this superbill process. Please be aware that I do not submit these claims on your behalf or assist directly with submission.
Steps for checking with your insurance:
You can check by calling the mental health number on the back of your insurance card and asking them the following:
1)
Do I have out-of-network (OON) mental health benefits?
2)
What services will my insurance reimburse me for?
3)
If so, how much does the insurance reimburse?
4)
And how do I submit a superbill?
5)
Can I use Thrizer to submit superbills?
Then I will send you a superbill separately or through Thrizer following each session!
